It might not seem huge to everyone else but to me it means everything! Before is me 3 months ago at 127 lbs and after is me today at 116! (5’3 ft)My starting weight was 142 lbs and that was about a little over a year ago. In October I became vegan and a few months ago I started working out a lot more often and I feel amazing. Still working towards my goal body but this is almost just as rewarding!! 🌞👙🍓🍐🍵🍊🍈🍑
train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.
